Originally from Washington, D.C., Samantha has called New York City home for over 20 years, living everywhere from the Upper East Side to Battery Park City, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, and now Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Prior to her real estate career, she honed her dedication to service working in hospitality with The Ritz-Carlton, The Carlyle Hotel, and The Setai. Specializing in new development sales, resales, and rentals throughout the city, Samantha spent over a decade with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, working on-site at luxury condominium sales offices. This unique blend of hospitality expertise and hands-on real estate experience has given her an exceptional understanding of client needs and what it takes to deliver outstanding results.
