About Larry Lubin

I am a native New Yorker, and I have been working in Real Estate full-time for seventeen years.

Because purchasing a home can be so stressful, I try to keep things nice and easy. A little humor can go a long way toward making a real estate transaction go smoothly.

My family and I were 20-year residents of the Upper West Side, where I do most of my real estate business, I was always actively involved with the schools my children attended as well as coaching the West Side Little League and West Side Soccer League. I know the neighborhood.

I now live in Washington Heights with my wife and 2 children, which is like returning to my roots since it was where I grew up.

My lifelong familiarity with the city is a real asset in guiding my customers in the ins and outs of living and raising a family in our great city.
